"I had booked weeks before knowing it would be busy in Tampa during spring break. When I arrived, we were told the hotel had overbooked and there was no room. Staff was overwhelmed and did nothing to help find alternate accommodations. Industry standard is to walk guests to another hotel but there were not able to locate another hotel for us. Ultimately I asked if we could sleep in the lobby and we were told no. We had to leave with nowhere to go. We did get a refund of our money but no...
